SQUARES & CIRCLES
I started experimenting with squares by creating a background and then compartmentalizing it into different "scenes" while randomly blocking out some squares with opaque colour.
A circle is elegant in its simplicity but is also exciting as it offers multiple design opportunities for an artwork. Time after time I return to the circle using it as the main design element in many of my paintings.
